What are the Ingredients?

What are the side effects?
A good sized minority of people find that for the first 2-3 days of the 500 calorie diet they experience light headaches and dizziness. This is not caused by a lack of food or nutrition, this is because the first week of the diet you lose the most fat the fastest and this fat has a lot of toxins in to. These toxins are released into your body so they can be properly disposed of down the toilet; this process of eliminating these toxins usually takes only 2-3 days. If you can't handle the headaches, many people take Tylenol every 4 hours for those days.
Should I exercise while on this diet?
A half hour walk each day can help you lose a little more weight each day, but a workout at the gym is unnecessary and not recommended.
Am I going to have cravings for sweet stuff on this diet that will make me cheat a little?
Usually after the first 3-4 days cravings for various foods go way because your hypothalamus gland is now interrupted and getting ready to be reset. Your Hypothalamus gland is a tiny gland inside your head that controls your metabolism, hunger, thirst, cravings, how and when you feel fatigued.
Won't I starve on 500 calories a day, or be really uncomfortable, dizzy, fatigued.
No because your body is still getting 2000-3000 calories each day by eating away at your fat calories. You will have an incredible sense of well-being.
If I eat only 500 calories a day, I’ll lose nutrients in my bones and muscles and loose only muscle weight instead of fat weight, right?
Usually yes. But HCG Locks all nutrients into Bones, Muscles, vital organs, your brain, etc. so you will only be losing fat weight.
Since HCG is a hormone, will I start growing extra hair and have other side effect?
No, the only the effect is fat consumption, loss of hunger, and cravings.

Yes you should still do this diet if you have weight to loose. Metabolism correction may even be the answer to many medical problems you have now. Though we must also recommend you ask your physician about any diet you plan on starting.
What if I get constipated?
Do what is called an apple day, you eat six apples starting at lunch and drink about 1 gallon of water. This should clear you out, if it doesn't, then, try a laxative.
What happened? I was on the HCG diet and was losing weight every day, but I woke up this morning and didn't lose weight.
During a 40 day cycle you will probably have 2-3 plateaus which can last 2-3 days each. When this happens you can have and apple day and start losing again, or you can wait it out, then you will have a sudden drop all at once.
What should I do if I get hunger pangs?
Everyone gets occasional hunger pangs, especially in the first 1-3 days of the diet. You have 2 snacks during the day. When a hunger pang comes, use that as your snack time. The hunger pangs will go away soon.

Will I keep the weight off?

Will I be hungry?
